Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place is incredible. Everything is fresh and made with love. The owner Varuzh took the time to explain each dish to us and what made it special. My two year old son refuses to eat almost everything but devoured the cheese borek. The Ajarakan was incredible and worth the wait. Such a fun experience trying everything on the menu. Definitely worth driving out of your way. A must vist location when visiting Fresno.

The service was fine met this fine lad. I ordered one of their cheese infused breads and it was disgusting itβs not only cold bread, but after they make it they just leave it out with a layer of wrapping plastic. Not only that, it tasted like the hardest saltiest pieces of bread Iβve ever had with cold hard even more salty cheese. I guess you have to come early in the morning if u want it warm.
